Refund & Return Guidelines
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery.
Approval Required: Do not ship your return until you receive approval from our support team.
Condition Requirements:
If you do not like Tabs, at least two of the three Tabs Chocolate Squares must be fully intact and unopened.
Products must be returned in original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted, contact us with reasonable proof, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping:
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
In some cases, return shipping fees from USPS may apply.
Processing Time: Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original form of payment.

Delivery Delays & Issues
